Hi, I’m Mario – founder of Hauptværk and a hairstylist with a deep passion for my craft.
For me, hair is never just hair. It’s personal. It’s mood, identity, expression.
I love creating spaces where people feel safe to be fully themselves — open, curious, confident, and comfortable. My salon isn’t only about creating great hairstyles through experience and skill, but also about giving you a moment to slow down. A chance to relax, step out of everyday life, and enjoy a calm, wellness-inspired atmosphere. A bit of self-celebration and escapism.
With my biggest passions being design and travel, I bring global impressions into everything I do — from effortless textures to bold transformations. I believe in intuitive styling, conscious choices, and honest conversations.

With German roots, Haupt means head — the place where expression begins. Værk stands for craft. Together, it reflects my belief that hair is both personal and handcrafted.
